Everyone must obey the laws, regardless of race or any other circumstances.
For violating the laws, Legionaries are entitled to punish or execute criminals in the name of justice and order.
Lockpicks and cursed items are subject to confiscation.
If there is insufficient evidence or punishment cannot be carried out, the criminal must be placed in a cell. If the evidence remains insufficient after a day has passed since imprisonment began, the criminal must be released.
Lying to the guards:
A fine of 20 revents or 10 lashes , depending on the trouble caused by the lie.
Concealing one's face after sunset:
A warning or 20 revents; for repeated violations, 10 lashes.
Fighting/assault:
20 revents or 10 lashes , depending on the injuries inflicted.
Trespassing on private property:
20 revents or 10 lashes , depending on the damage caused.
Before execution, the criminal must be held in custody to establish their involvement and gather evidence. After a day has passed, the criminal must be executed by hanging.
If the person is innocent or there is insufficient evidence, they must be released. If there is a threat to life, the criminal must be executed on the spot.
