Difficulty: Hard
Duties: Manage and develop the Village
Restrictions: The role's faction falls into the category of Peaceful factions.
The Village Elder is a leader, accountant, and keeper of their people's traditions.
You are the Village Elder, governing your community near the Legion. As a capable leader and the soul of the whole community, only you can guide the Village toward a brighter future—and perhaps something greater. Relations with the Legion and the miners are friendly at first, though you may find an alliance with the Rebels more appealing.
Every decision the Elder makes affects life in the Village, from trade and security to diplomacy and internal order. You are responsible for everything that happens within your lands.
The Elder determines the community's political course. An alliance with the Legion brings protection and stability; one with the Rebels brings freedom, but also risk. You may remain neutral and maneuver between the factions, though doing so requires experience and caution.
You decide which caravans set out, who can be trusted with defense, and who should handle supplies. Any alliance, contract, or refusal can change the fate of your Village.
Being an Elder is more than a title. It is a duty to protect your people and develop the Village while balancing internal needs against external threats. Your wisdom determines whether the community prospers or fades away.
