Spellward is not a personal-data operator under Federal Law No. 152, "On Personal Data," dated 27.07.2006, because it does not collect any personal data.
The "Spellward Hero" subscription and other subscriptions grant no exemption from the rules. If you violate the community rules or game rules, the same sanctions will be applied to you as to players without Hero. Please read our rules carefully. If your account is blocked for violating the rules, we automatically cancel all recurring charges for all your subscriptions to prevent another payment on a blocked account.
Some exclusive Hero game roles may require unlocking through playtime.

The refund policy allows you to request a refund for digital goods within 14 days of purchase, provided that the content has not been used. Exclusive and limited goods are considered individually specified goods under the Consumer Protection Law, and we do not issue refunds for them. For subscriptions, a refund is generally available within 48 hours of the charge if the service has not been used. We consider any time spent in a round while your subscription is active to constitute use. If you did not receive the subscription, purchased it by mistake and did not enter a round, or encountered technical difficulties, we issue a refund. We do not issue refunds when the reason for abandoning the purchase is an in-game ban imposed for violating the rules.
All subscriptions renew automatically after one month. You can manage your subscriptions in Xsolla Wallet. To sign in, use the email address that you used to register with Xsolla in the game.
