Senior Miner
A member of the Miners' faction who extracts ore, forges new tools, and obeys the senior. Fond of drinking, and therefore often gets a knock on the helmet from the leader.
¶ Introduction
The Miners are a brotherhood whose lives depend on mutual aid. They know that every descent into the mine may be their last, but their bond and unbreakable will allow them to keep moving forward. They are mighty and courageous seekers who descend into the depths of the earth to conquer it.
¶ Senior Miner
The Senior Miner has spent more time underground than on the surface. They do not merely know every vein and every crack—they feel the mine as if it were their own home.
Young miners follow the Senior Miner as they would a stone wall. The Senior Miner does not lecture, but demonstrates how to swing a pick properly, which creatures to beware of, and how to fight them. They are responsible not only for the plan, but also for the lives of their team. Their brief, precise orders are not open to discussion.

A specialist whose hands extract vital resources: ore, crystals, and the like.
Work in the mine is grueling physical labor under constant risk, but with the guidance of the Senior Miner—mentor and commander—and the solidarity of all the other miners, there is no reason to worry about the descent.
