The Villager is unremarkable apart from the amount of food they have grown.
The Village is a small community whose residents do not directly belong to any faction. This does not prevent them from being allied with one or more factions. The area is well suited to growing food and developing the Village further; it is a cozy place full of life.
The Village Elder is the local leader and the most respected person in the area. They have lived here a long time, know everyone by name, and decide what is good for the Village and what is not. People come to them with problems, for advice, or for permission to do something important.
The Village Elder maintains order, is responsible for security, and may either help travelers or drive them away as they see fit.
Everything concerning the Village is their responsibility.

The Village Militia consists of warriors who take up arms in times of danger. One carries a club, another an axe or spear. They have little combat experience, but if the Village is attacked, they will rise to its defense.
Militia members carry out the Elder's orders, guard the Village, may go on patrol, or help travelers when ordered.
