¶ How does priority connection work?
You can connect even when our servers are full. For example, if a server has 100 players out of 100 available slots, you will still be able to join as the 101st player.
¶ How does priority role assignment work?
Priority in role assignment does not affect antagonist roles and applies only to professions.
Spellward Hero subscribers receive priority when roles are assigned at the beginning of each round. This priority does not apply to the late-join feature. When assigning roles to all players on the server, the game first checks which Hero subscribers have pressed the "Ready" button and selected their desired roles. If a player with Hero and a player without Hero both have a high priority for a role that can only have one player, the game will assign that role to the Hero subscriber with a 100% chance. If two Hero subscribers are competing for the same role, each has a 50% chance, while a third player without Hero has a 0% chance.
Keep in mind that the game has its own priorities when filling important roles. If you are a Hero subscriber and set "high" priority for the "Traveler" role and low priority for the "Legate" role, and no other Hero subscriber has set a higher priority for "Legate" than you, you will become a Legate rather than a Traveler, regardless of how many players without Hero are waiting for the Legate role. This happens because the game assigns roles to Hero subscribers before assigning them to players without a subscription. The game therefore determines that there are no applicants for the Legate role with a higher priority than yours, even though players without Hero may be waiting for that role, and assigns the role to you.
Some exclusive Hero roles may require you to unlock them by reaching the required playtime.

If two Titan subscribers are competing for the same role, each has a 50% chance, while a third player with Hero+, Hero, or without Hero has a 0% chance.

Upgrading your subscription tier retains all benefits from the previous tier.
¶ How to Place an Order
- Connect to any Spellward server;
- In the game lobby, click the "Store" button in the upper-left corner;
- Select the subscription tier you are interested in and click the "Subscribe" button. If you have not registered with Xsolla before, complete the registration process at this stage;
- We will generate a payment link and redirect you to your browser to complete the payment. The purchase receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your Xsolla account;
- Purchases are usually delivered immediately after payment, but in some cases this may take up to 24 hours.
All subscriptions renew automatically every month. You can manage your subscriptions in Xsolla Wallet. To sign in, use the email address you used to register with Xsolla in the game.
¶ Important Notice
By playing on Spellward servers or purchasing any Spellward Hero, Hero+, or Titan subscription, you agree to the game's rules and community rules. Spellward Hero, Hero+, and Titan subscriptions do not grant any exemptions from the rules. If you violate the community rules or game rules, the same sanctions will be applied to you as to players without a subscription.
