There are three types of factions: Criminal, Combatant, and Peaceful. All of them have different permitted levels for the use of force in various situations. As an exception, the Village and the Miners transition into the category of Combatant factions if they go to war.
- Criminal factions: may commit various crimes corresponding to their role. It is worth noting that during covert crimes and other actions against Peaceful factions or factions you are not at war with, you must not resort to using force, let alone murder. This can only be resorted to if you have absolutely no other alternatives.
- Combatant: have the right to use force in the performance of their direct duties and during the natural escalation of a conflict. It should be remembered that murder must be justified by the development of the situation and the objectives of your role.
- Peaceful factions: cannot resort to murder, except in cases of self-defense or the defense of others.
